Sample Reports
At PTE, we believe in giving clients exactly what they need—nothing more complicated, nothing less insightful. That’s why we offer two monthly report options: Standard and Advanced. Both include the same rich set of interactive charts and graphs, but the level of detail and executive guidance is where they diverge.
Standard Monthly Performance Report
Our Standard Report is a solid, visual snapshot of your digital performance. Each reporting period, PTE conducts an internal analysis to inform future content plans, strategy, and execution. You will find performance highlights alongside key metrics and benchmarks—such as industry averages—when relevant.
Advanced Monthly Performance Report
Our Advanced Report includes everything in the Standard option plus a comprehensive Executive Summary. This expanded section transforms raw metrics into meaningful insights, providing an in-depth analysis of the month’s performance and strategic takeaways. The summary is designed to be easier to digest than the raw data and helps make complex trends actionable.
This measures the coverage that our public relations efforts have earned for the month. It shows a list of when and where your business has been mentioned, how much exposure was generated, sentiment, etc.
This is a comprehensive findings report that distills the data we collect as part of an in-depth assessment into actionable insights.
