Pushing the Envelope Collects More than 1,000 Pounds of Food for Community Cooperative
On November 15, Pushing the Envelope, Inc. concluded its 15th Annual CAN IT! Campaign, a charitable food drive focused on aiding individuals facing difficulties in Southwest Florida. Over the month, the campaign collected numerous contributions, amounting to more than one thousand pounds of food for local needy individuals and families.
Committed to supplying food for individuals facing economic challenges in the region, four businesses and organizations in Southwest Florida collaborated with PTE as designated drop-off points for collecting donations. Since its inception in 2010, Pushing the Envelope, Inc.’s CAN IT! Campaign food drive has collected thousands of items for CCI, resulting in more than 26,000 pounds of donated food.
“What started as a simple, small idea has created a meaningful impact over the past fifteen years in the fight against hunger. We are truly thankful for our community partners and all the donors whose support made this impact possible,” stated Samantha Scott, APR, president of Pushing the Envelope, Inc.
