Aging schools. Safety concerns. A growing student population. Hendry County needed help—and fast. PTE developed and executed an educational campaign for HCSD to support a half-cent sales tax referendum that would fund essential school improvements and give students a safe learning environment. Through grassroots outreach, bilingual messaging, and community partnerships, the referendum successfully passed—unlocking millions in school funding and a 2,598% ROI.
