Pushing the Envelope, Inc. (PTE), a strategic marketing communication firm based in Fort Myers, was recently honored with three awards from the Florida Public Relations Association at the organization’s 2020 Golden Image Awards. The firm has won nearly 20 Golden Image Awards since its inception 14 years ago.
An Award of Distinction was given for PTE’s communication work and event promotion on behalf of Zoomers, a former indoor/outdoor family fun center in Fort Myers, for their 2019 Spring Fling. The firm collaborated with Tiffany Hernandez, art director, on the event. Additionally, PTE’s 9th Annual CAN IT! Campaign food drive received an Award of Distinction, as well as a Judges’ Award.
Awards of Distinction are presented to entries that meet the standards of excellence set by a panel of judges. Judges’ Awards are presented by judges for an outstanding entry that achieves maximum results while using a minimum amount of money.
The Golden Image Awards competition is conducted annually by the Florida Public Relations Association to recognize outstanding public relations programs throughout Florida and to encourage and promote the development of public relations professionalism throughout the state.
