
At the Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce’s 2017 Business Building Symposium, Samantha Scott, APR will participate in a panel discussion about how to create a culture of top-performing customer service along side John Greene, partner, Scott Fischer Enterprises. The pair will discuss their experiences as it relates to working with the Harley-Davidson brand, locally and around the country.
According to event organizers, the overall theme of the day is driving customer delight. Customer service is a means of creating a differentiated experience amongst a sea of commodity services. Only an elite few brands have established cultures that exude the level of service that others admire.

For the second time Samantha Scott, APR will be a featured presenter at the RV Dealers International Conference/Expo presented by The National RV Dealers Association and RVDA Canada.
Samantha will be presenting on three topics with one presentation Wednesday, Nov. 8 and the other two on Thursday, Nov. 9. Her sessions will include:
– Do you know your unique value proposition? How to stand out in a crowded market
– Marketing to Millennials: the game has changed and so should your methods
– Social Media for Business Growth: Pick the Right Channels, Develop Leads, and Measure Your Results
The 2017 Uncommon Friends Business Ethics Award recipient, Samantha Scott, APR, will present on how PTE integrates ethics into their operations to Dr. Eric Dent’s business ethics class. Dr. Dent is the endowed chair in ethics by the Uncommon Friends Foundation.

Social media is still a hot topic as it relates to dealership marketing; however, there is a lot of confusion about how to effectively use it and determine its value. In this workshop, Samantha Scott, APR, will ensure attendees go beyond just posting to Facebook and Instagram and learn advanced skills for:
- Matching performance results to goals, objectives, and budgets
- Setting budgets – how much is enough, or too much for advertising, etc.
- Tracking with Google Analytics – leads, referral sources, keywords and conversions
- Watching the customer buying cycle, addressing customer funnels on your website even if you don’t offer e-commerce
- And determining the content your audience is interested in and when they want to receive it.

In this session, attendees will learn from Samantha Scott, APR, how to best position their inventory and promote it including: Photography best practices, descriptions and positioning (keywords to promote consideration/buying), targeted outreach – existing customer base and new customers, digital tips covering email, social media and forums, plus more!

A past president of this chapter, Samantha Scott, APR, will present at the Southwest Florida chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association (FPRA) on the power of social media for business growth.

Attendees will learn how to create content that motivates, develops and nurtures audiences (as well as their team), strategically choose the channels they engage on and how to optimize them for peak performance, and audience research and maintenance performed, and how to measure it all to attribute leads, sales and revenue accurately – and improve them.
For the third time, Samantha Scott, APR will be a presenter at the esteemed RVDA International Conference and Expo in Las Vegas. In this session, Samantha will share how dealers can reach and convert millennial customers with quality content.
